Caring for animals for over 80 years

I wanted to take the time again to thank the amazing Paragon team for their care, dedication, affection and efforts with my boy Alfie. Throughout his time in your care you kept me informed and updated throughout his treatment process and thank you to Ann and Sarah for the clam, painless and respectful send off. I am truly grateful and thankful to Ann for her time, communication, understanding and compassion. I cannot thank you all enough! Alfie was a credit to me and my whole family and he is well and truly missed!

Great knowledge, kind caring staff. Lovely receptionists and brilliant vets and nurses. They recently offered free laser treatment to my lab to road test a laser they had on trial following my labradors three orthopaedic operations . The difference in him since laser has been incredible. Thanks Paragon you are wonderful. Ps the Equine team are second to none as well.

I would highly recommend Paragon Veterinary Group....18th month ago when he was 1 year old, my lab had a nasty encounter with my horse & was left with a damaged eye which needed to be removed I was worried sick but the staff there kept me well informed whilst he was in there & I was allowed to visit whenever I wanted which was brilliant as I’m such a worrier (he stayed in for a few nights) he seemed to bond with a few that was looking after him while he was in there too which was lovely. He’s now doing great & it doesn’t affect him at all

I attended a clinic with my elderly border collie today for a 2nd opinion regarding a health issue. Laura and Karen were so caring and knowledgeable, they checked what was needed and were able to give me the results right there and then. They answered all my questions honestly and compassionately. Listened to my worries that in the past I feel, had simply been brushed aside and put down to my dogs old age. They put my mind at rest on so many levels and I feel they truely care about older animals having the best quality of life that is possible. I have transferred all three of my dogs care to Paragon veterinary group this evening as I was so impressed by their care, professionalism, knowledge and surgery. I highly recommend them. 5 stars from Jess & I ❤🐾

Great experience at Paragon, Karen on the desk was very welcoming and showed us around the new hospital. our kitten had an infection this was dealt with professionally and prompt, Vet Ann was very nice and accommodating and gave us lots of information, very friendly practice, would highly recommend, will not go anywhere else. 5 stars...
